I think maybe Cindi & I are from the same side of the tracks....LOL I have

heard the sarcastic meaning used MANY times.... Both when I lived in Texas

and in Georgia.

Not always. When you say " Bless her heart " with real feeling and nothing

critical tacked on...it is for real.

BUT because we southerners are so nice (smile) we should also add it in when

being catty as in " bless her heart, did you see the dress she had on? " or

" that's he fifth husband, bless her heart " .
