On some of the other boards about fibroids and flooding--there has

been a suggestion to use DEPENDS or SERENE pads as they hold more

moisture. They're really designed for urinary problems but do hold

more than the average napkin PLUS they have a heavier liner to

prevent " soak-thru " .

I got something called a " Diva Cup " . It's a silicone cup that holds

an ounce of menstrual fluid. I use it in combination with maxi-pads,

and have only had one accident with it. Even my sheets are clean.

I use to use the ultra thin but switched to Stayfree Super Overnight

with Wings and had no problems. The held more than the always ultra

thins...bulkier but worked better.
