Guest guest
Welcome Carmen! I cna relate with the weight not comign off after having kids. When I had my first I had him by c-section. When I was being checked out by my dr before I left the hospital I asked him about the belly going back to normal. He said with c-sections it can be hader since the muscles loose some of their feeling from the cutting. That terrified me and sent me into a no eating mode. I battled that for close to a year. With my second I had many complications. I was on bed rest and so I gained alot. It has yet to go away and I have added some more to it. But we moms too can look great I know we can we just have to work a little harder I love Walk Away The Pounds. These tapes have been my life saver! I hope to be able to do the kickboxing in the future again. I really did like it when I was able to do it. Me and you are about in the same weight range too When I set out to get rid of the fat once and for all I weighed in at 175. That was about 6 weeks ago. I am weighing in at 165 now. I have been using the WATP for about 3 weeks. It has been since I started using them that I have seen the most imporvement! So keep at it girl!
