Guest guest
I take children's chewable multivitamins that I get at Costco. They had the same stuff as the other icky-tasting multivitamins but they're in dinosaur shapes! Plus they taste good. I also take Viactive for calcium or calcium enhanced tums. > Multi-vitamin Question > > > I'm nearing the end of my multi-vitamins, and I'm wondering > what everyone > else may be taking. > > I'm currently taking Arbonne's Womens formula, which I, but > is $20/month > and I don't think I can afford to keep taking it. Guest guest
I use Trader Joes vitamins which are considerably cheaper -- Vitamins are generic and pretty interchangeable -- I would just go to a large drugstore or Costco and buy the cheapest generic brand. > I take children's chewable multivitamins that I get at Costco.
