I take children's chewable multivitamins that I get at Costco. They had the

same stuff as the other icky-tasting multivitamins but they're in dinosaur

shapes! Plus they taste good. I also take Viactive for calcium or calcium

enhanced tums.

I use Trader Joes vitamins which are considerably cheaper -- Vitamins

are generic and pretty interchangeable -- I would just go to a large

drugstore or Costco and buy the cheapest generic brand.
