I lost track of WW about 18 months ago when our workplace group fell apart. When my friend told me about the new Core program; I couldn't get to my community meeting fast enough. This is so exciting, a great new program and a great new group. I've been reading archive posts but there are sooo many of them I think I'll just jump into the current messages. The Core program is so me and so the way that I eat, I found myself grinning as I was walking around the market yesterday singing, " I can eat that; I can eat that; I can eat that.
