The second day on core...

....was yesterday.

Here's what I had to eat all day:

BREAKFAST

Banana (Core)

1 c. plain oatmeal (Core)

2 pluots (Core)

LUNCH

Banana (Core)

1/2 cup tuna salad w/ 2 tbsp FF may (core)

2 slices of bread (2 Points)

Plain yogurt (Core)

1 cup cherry tomatoes (Core)

DINNER

1 cup cooked whole wheat pasta (Core)

1 cup vegetable stew (Core)

DESSERT

1/2 cup orange sherbet (3 Points)

So, 5 points altogether during the day. I think I did pretty good.

ate pretty much the same food I did (though she had one more

serving of yogurt than I did), and said, at the end of the day, that she

felt satisifed. Her biggest worry was that she would be constantly hungry

on the Core program, but it seems to be working out.

Today so far:

BREAKFAST

1 c. plain oatmeal (Core) -- need to find something different

Banana (core)

LUNCH

1 c. raw broccoli (Core) -- yum, I guess

1 c. leftover veggie stew (core)

2 slices bread (2 Points)

1 tangelo (core)

1 c. cherry tomatoes (core)

And tonight we're planning on having tilapia with cajun spices over whole

wheat spaghetti and steamed vegetables. Should all be Core.

Have I miscalculated anything?
