Guest guest
Hi I am in need of some advice and opinions. Since joining this group I have gotten some great information. I am scheduled to have a Myo on Feb 19 (although might change to Jan 22). I have a 9 cm posterior intramural fibroid. My main reason for having the myo is I want to perserve fertility. I am 36 with no children. After reading so many of these posts I am begining to wonder if I should get the fibroid removed and then try to get pg or if I shoudl try to get pg first. My doc feels because of the location and size I may not be able to get pg or carry to term (went for a second opinion - doc said almost the same). I've read from so many of you about being pg with the fibroid. I'm wondering about size and location? My other big concern is even getting pg after it has been removed. Again because of the location. Everything I have read and researched sais posterior is tough and getting pg after may be tough. You thoughts and stories would be appreciated. Thanks in advance M
