They say it's live underground wires causing this. Nstar the electric co. in the area is a fault. But they are trying to place blame on contractors that do work. But bottom line they say Nstar is supposed to make sure that it does not happen. I don't know if there was an end result. But a few dogs have died, and others have been electrocuted pretty bad.
