Well, I guess if you have time to split it up, then it won't be too bad. I can

earn 2 AP's for 30 minutes at Curves in the morning and then I usually earn at

least 3 or more when I run at night. Since I only run 3x's a week, I'm not sure

what I would do the other 4 days.

Honestly though, if what you're doing right now is working for you, KEEP ON

TRUCKIN'. I didn't switch over to the FP plan for a few months and now that I'm

on it, I don't even use my Flex Points anyways. =) Granted, if you go to

meetings, they'll be discussing the new plan and its objectives, but as long as

you're losing weight, I would just keep on doing what you're doing.

I am in that boat with you !

I haven't figured out what it would take to earn 4 points a day for my

weight (204), but I bet it's more time than I have.

I have 5 kids, homeschool all 5 full time, co-operate a home business with

my hubby, and work part time outside the home.

An hour a day to exercise? Maybe if I get up at 4 am (instead of 5:00 am

like I do now) But then again, I'm not fully functional until at least 6

am...so exercising earlier than 6 might be hazardous to my health instead of

helpful!!

I'm not sure what to do to get 4 points a day in activity. I'm going from

ZERO points a day (at least that's zero points of " intentional " activity) so

to jump to FOUR points a day might be a stretch...maybe it is better to

consistently work toward getting 2...then build up to 3...then to 4.

Surely my day to day activity should count for 1 or 2 points? I've used a

pedometer to track my steps during a " normal " day and I average 5,000 steps

without any intentional exercise. I wonder if that counts for anything.

I've spent hours in the gym before and it doesn't fit my lifestyle...it's

not something I can sustain over the long run...I think it is really

important to find something you can do as part of your life...Not to knock

anyone who spends 2 hours a day in the gym. That's great...but not realistic

for me.

Glad to see I'm not the only one !

So what do you think you're going to do?

4 APs: how hard IS it?

Just wanted to comment, because I find it VERY hard to get 4 APs a

day, without spending a lot of time exercising....I'm looking at my

Points Booster slide rule, and for my weight, I'd have to do

116 minutes at light

83 minutes at moderate Or

33 minutes at high

Personally, I can't last very long at a high intensity, and don't

prefer doing high intensity.I prefer moderate...but 83 minutes?

Sheesh....

Anybody else having this dilemma?
