Guest guest
Right, Kallie - Starbucks can be very points unfriendly. However, I do enjoy their skim Latte's (tall size) - 2.5 points. I'll sometimes have one with a Biscotti - 3 points - for breakfast. Guest guest
I was in Borders yesterday and they had this sugar free thing made with sugar free chocolate, sugar free cinnamon, nonfat milk, and coffee. It was REALLY good. No idea points, but I guessed three since I had a small and it's 2 points for a small nonfat latte. I actually go to Starbucks almost every day of the week, but I always get the drip with splenda and ff milk or sometimes just a splash of half and half (if they don't leave room for cream). I bring a breakfast cookie with me so I'm not tempted by their fattening goodies. However right now they have a gingerbread macadamia biscotti that is only 2 points, and their regular biscotti is 2-3 depending on which one you get. Their fruit is always superb, even if it is pricey. > > > Right, Kallie - Starbucks can be very points unfriendly. However, I do > enjoy their > skim Latte's (tall size) - 2.5 points.
