Guest guest
I just thought of something else for you to think about. Everybody holds stress and tension in some specific place in their body. Most people, at least a high percentage, will hold it in their neck, shoulders or upper back. But this is by no means universal. Somebody else might hold it in their calves or forearms or even their feet. The point is that there will be some muscle group that takes the brunt of it in the form of a subconscious " clenching " or tightening. And this does not have to be a visibly noticable clenching. It can be just enough to subtly " fire " the muscle and get it to just start to contract. The effects of this will build up and compound over time to the point where the involved muscle either develops a chronically shortened position or gets trigger points. You have mentioned that has a problem with anxiety attacks. This could be directly related if her personal tension-holding pattern involves her ESGs. Just a thought.
