Hi Jo,

I'm so glad that you are getting in to see Dr. Bird!! I understand that he is

one of THE authorities on EDS so that is wonderful that you will be seeing

him. I understand that you are nervous about what he may think or say and about

what you are planning on saying to him. Just relax and tell your story and

you'll do fine. Also, it sounds like the bruises on your arm will tell their own

story!
