Guest guest Posted July 20, 2004 Report Share Posted July 20, 2004 I had my WW meeting and weigh in tonight and lost 3 pounds this week. So that is 5 pounds lost overall. I was a little antsy about my cycle and the weight gain but it didn't seem to affect my progress after all. So I started at 153 and 22 points, now I am at 148 so should I continue at 22 points since I have been losing or should I follow the book and go down to 20? Also once I hit goal, how do you stop losing? Thank you for listening and for all your support. I feel like I am on just the right track.
