Guest guest
I would get a large salad, lots of things on it, cucumber, carrots, broccoli, radishes, etc. the bigger the better. Bring your own salad dressing. I would get the salad first then when you are finished if you still feel really hungry go get another half serving of salad, then get your pizza, chances are you won't have enough room for more than one slice. And try to get a slice of veggie pizza, with this you could probably eat 2 slices. Thin crust is always a better option as well, make sure to take small bites and chew each bite a lot. Pizza is my major down fall so I know what you are going through. > Hello everyone, > > If anyone gets this before this evening, let me know your best tips for > eating out at a pizza place. > > They have a salad bar, but I really stink at building a healthy salad.
