Hi Everyone,

Well here we are again with mounds and mounds of questions. Well

better start at the beginning.

The first question I have is does anyone know of a plastic surgeon

in the Southern California area that takes Kaiser? I looked on

obesityhelp.com and that did no good. None of the surgeons that were

close took anything and it was strictly on a cash basis. Now I don't

know about y'all but I can't pull $20,000 outta my pocket to get

what I need done, done. So any advice there is greater appreciated.

The second question I have is what do you do when you have severly

fallen off the wagon? Now when I first was going through my recovery

and weight lossed I followed everything. I dotted every i and

crossed every t, well now that is have been over 15 months since

surgery, I am now eating normal size meals 9-12 oz of food per

setting, I can drink carbonated drinks, and get no exercise, other

ther the 8 hours of walking I get a work. I really need a shot in

the arm with this one. any body with some tips, please help :).

I am starting to get the feeling that this is somewhat of what it

like for someone who isn't morbidly obese goes through, yah know,

hmm well in all honesty I have about 80 more pounds to go and I

really want to get some nice muscles going (male ego talking) and

then also prepare my abs for the surgery reconstruction. Any adivce

is always welcome.

Thanks y'all

Jim
