Hi, Wanted to update you on what is going on with me. Everyone is so

helpful in answering all of my questions. First I went for my EEG on

Monday, the results came back normal. This confuses me since the

neuropsych Dr had said I have right hemisphere dysfunction. I guess

I will have to ask my neuro about this. I did call and the nurse

said that I probably still have this dysfunction its just the EEG

shows the electrical pulses in the brain. What test do I have to get

done to show the hemisphere dysfumction thing.

Now the Pulminary Dr calls me the other day and says that the results

of the pulminary functions test showed mild asthma (oh and he didn't

do the gas blood test which I thought he would do and it was

mentioned here that I should have it done.)I am on oxygen 2 liters

for the breathing shortness of breath problem. Am I correct in

thinking that asthma wouldn't cause my oxygen level to drop??(unless

its severe) He said he needed to speak to me further about things and

wanted me to come in earlier than the october followup so I go next

thursday the 5th.

So I am assuming he wants to speak to me more about the test results.

I was on advair before but it never helped me, also on steroids. I

had 3 doctors (including this pulm dr)tell me it wasn't asthma.

So I guess my questions are:

About the EEG would it be abnormal if I had mito

The asthma question would it make my oxygen level drop if I had

asthma.

I think that is it, sorry so long. Hope everyone has a great weekend
