Guest guest
WOW didn't think I would see this here, and I haven't been on in awhile either! I must have posted this along time ago LOL. I tried the sausage recipe in the new SB cookbook that is similar to this, but used ground turkey instead. I have been making them for months now and love them with some eggs and cheese (stacked up I call them McNothin's). Turkey Sausage Muffins 1 lb. ground turkey 4 tsp SF maple syrup 1/2 tsp dried sage 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp ground black pepper 1/8 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp olive oil Mix all ingredients well. Form into patties 1/2 in thick. Broil or fry until cooked through; about 5 min on each side. Well, good to be back and know I was never really gone. LOL And for those of you who joined while I was gone, a great big HELLO! S. now G.; got married while I was offline too. 155/125/135 Start date April, 2004 Sausage Muffins 1/2 bulk sausafe 1/2 onion 1/2 tsp salf 1/4 tsp garlic powder 12 eggs 1/4 tsp pepper 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese Brown sausage and drawin well.
