Dear Mark,

I did talk to a lawyer about the UMDF and their stated purpose re their

bylaws. In all likelihood they probably would not even have to amend

anything. Such grants are probably already admissable. If not, just

adding a sentence or two is all that would be needed.

Here's hoping the UMDF will be willing to widen its purpose.
