Guest guest
HI , What brand/kind of creatine did you decide on? I am still searching, and trying to decide what to buy. I did see that they also have it available in a flavored serum, but I am not sure if that is as good as the powder. How many doses have you taken so far? I hope it helps you. Hugs, Ann-Marie Re: Re: Creatine question I am hoping that the weight gain that people see is from increased muscle tone. Muscle weighs more than fat. I haven't noticed that taking it makes me hungry. Okerlund wrote: >I don't think I have noticed it totaly dissolving in any liquid. Sometimes I sprinkle a little on the foos I'm eating and then drink water. Since I read the post listing asite about creatine and weight gain, I have been splitting my 5 mg up into at least four I just take a little each time I eat or so. This seems to be working better for me. I don't get that trerrible hunger feeling I got taking 5mg or 2.5 at a time. > >wheatchild2 wheatchild@...> wrote:I find it mixes better at room temperature. Guest guest
I ended up ordering the plain creatine from the same company that Barbara gets her creatine combination from, NutraBiotics. Today was my third dose. The morning after my first dose, I swear I noticed I could hear the music on the radio better than I have in a while.
