sleep issues/dysautomia

I have noticed that a number of posts refer to c-pap and bi-pap machines for

breathing/sleep. I've attached a link below that refers to a dental

appliance that positions the mouth in such a way that keeps the airway open.

Have any of you all tried this or know anything about this?
