Guest guest Posted September 7, 2004 Report Share Posted September 7, 2004 Since so many of you have been so helpful regarding this fatigue 'crash' (if that's what we can call it since I don't have a mito dx yet), I was wondering how those of you that work manage to get though the day. How do you compensate at work when you can't rest or take breaks long enough to refuel? I worry about going back to work tomorrow. Took a vacation day today and after 4 days of doing nothing, I'm feeling a bit better. But what about tomorrow? Last week by 1PM in the afternoon I was totally spent. Many days I have to eat at my desk while working on paperwork, so it can be hectic. My solution is to work and not do anything at home. My house looks like it, but something has to give. I also take a day off work if I am feeling the beginning of a crash coming on and sleep away the day. I try to rest on the week-ends.
