Hi ,

There is a baby formula out that is pre digested as my daughter was on it for 3

months it was expensive 15 years ago but it really helped. It is called

Nutramagin Enfamil makes it also similac makes one also called Alimentuim but

it is gray looking and smells bad my daughter would not drink it but would the

nutramagin. They also make Enfamil Kindercal which is a nutritionally complete,

lactose free beverage for 1-10 year olds who needs a supplemental nutrition or

meal replacement under a doctors supervision. It's also for children who fail to

thrive or have a chronic illness.

Has any one ever had camomile tea my husband is from europe and he was raised on

it. I gave it to both of my kids when they were babies I just made it a little

weaker and add a little sugar. My daughters doctor said to put liquid DI- gel in

her formula he never heard of camomile tea. I told that nurse I would much

rather have a 2 week old baby drink something natural. I did find a peds doctor

in the practice that wanted me to give her nothing but camomile tea no formula

the next morning he said give her a bottle of formula if she screams she can't

handle the protein in the formula and that is what happened and that is wwhen we

started the nutramigen as the the protein is pre digested. I think the tea

works better than mylacon drops it helps gas and stomache's. I also prefer a

brand that I found at an Italian import store opposed to the grocery stores it

taste better. Sorry for the long email take care.
