conference- thursday evening meeting

August 3, 2004

Hey guys,

Just wanted to let you know I contacted the UMDF and the hotel and we can meet

in the networking room! Its also called the Washington Room and its on the 2nd

floor- you can ask them there where it is. Registration is also on Thurs and

starts around 330 or 4pm. I'm probably going to be getting there around that

time so probably will check in and register and then try and rest for about an

hour or so. I told them that we would be meeting around 530 or 6 pm and they

said that was fine. I know some people are coming earlier and later so I hope

that time is fine. I don't think I could do it any earlier than 5 but I told

them that some of us might come to the room as early as 5 just in case. I also

asked about getting food delivered and they said we could either order from the

pizza place or room service for those of you that do want dinner from there.

Also thought like someone mentioned- bringing our own food was a good idea- and

also if anyone wanted to bring some snacks (like preztels, stuff easy on our

stomach, etc) and sodas or water and ice cups/plates, etc, if anyone can do

that- would be helpful too- I might bring some of the stuff if I am able to, but

no promises on that. I might even have a few extra ensures to share if anyone

wants them. I'm gonna also try and get some name tags for us. Can't think of

anything else right now. The people that I have listed as coming now are my mom

and myself, Malisa and her mom, and her parents (any other family?),

jennifer and hanna, , and Cristine, Dawn, Laurie, and her

daughter, and Kristie. Am I missing anyone? I went ahead and told them that

there was probably going to be around 20 of us give or take a few- they said the

room can accomidate up to 40 so thats good. I got a dental appt in less than an

hour so gotta go get ready for that- I will probably check my email tomorrow

morning to make sure everythings all good still- my mom and I still havent even

started packing, so gonna be sooo busy tomorrow. I cant wait though! I hate that

a- I wont be meeting you but glad you are finally getting the feeding

tube- I feel it will help alot and I hate that those others that had hoped on

coming (Alice and all) can't make it but gotta put our health first of course.

Those that aren't going we definitely will let you know all about it and we will

be thinking about you while there.
