I was down a total of 9 lbs as of Saturday (i've been on phase 1 since last Monday, so a full week today) - but the scale today says that i've gained back 2 of those lbs....???? I haven't changed anything over the weekend as far as what i was eating, i even added one day of walking on the treadmill. But I will have to say that although i had VERY little cravings during the week, that this weekend i had TONS of cravings and it was really hard to stay on plan, but i didn't stray off of phase 1. Today i do not feel the cravings as bad as i did Sat and Sun. If by next Monday (2 weeks on phase 1) i'm still having bad cravings, should i stay on phase 1 longer? I " ll admit, i'm almost terrified of coming off of phase 1 - afraid that any little carb will make me crave more and more and before i know it, i'll be overeating carbs again, the right carbs yes, but still overeating them and thus gaining more weight.....
