I exercised every single day, in fact have been getting in a bit more as I've added back strength training. I know I'm healthy, but I don't get why all of a sudden I'm doing this weight up and down thing. Oh, I did look back at previous months over the last few years and it happens every now and again, so I'm trying not to worry about it. Could very well be that with the extra exercise and more running I'm doing, I've put on a pound or two of muscle. While it takes a LOT to build a pound of muscle, I do a lot. Or maybe my metabolism is slowing down. Or maybe I have a tumor that weighs a lot. Okay let's hope it's not THAT last one!
