Karin

Its up to each person to make the decision on what they eat .

You can still eat the highly fat foods like Chocolate milkshakes, ice cream

chips etc or what ever you down fall might be. Foods high in fat seem to go

down very well with the band so it is quite possible to put weight on and it

can happen quite quickly.

We are all told that we should make healthy food choices but we are all know

it can be differcult at times.

So you have aware this can be a problem if your down fall is high fat foods.

All the best

The theory behind the band is that you eat 3 small meals a day ONLY. This

is the key to losing weight with the band--because your intake has to be

greatly reduced. If you are a grazer and eat little bits all day long, then

I am afraid that Joy has a point, because it is possible that you will not

ever feel full. The point of the band is that you eat less at mealtime,

feel full and do not eat again until the next meal.
