(she said she'd post them, but didn't).If you do WW online, you can put it through the recipe builder. I don't do online, but maybe someone can help you if you don't either. Good luck! Crystal Sock It to Me Cake with Low Fat Cream Cheese Icing --------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------- I had this last weekend and it is fantastic. I haven't calculated the points yet - but I'll post the totals when I do. Sock It To Me Cake 1 Butter Golden Recipe Duncan Hines Cake Mix 3/4 cup Wesson oil 3/4 cup Splenda 4 eggs (beat in 1 @ a time) 8 oz light sour cream 1 cup chopped pecans 3 Tbsp Turbinado sugar 3 tsp Cinnamon In large mixing bowl, mix cake mix/oil/Splenda until smooth. Add eggs 1 @ a time/sour cream/chopped pecans. Spray bundt pan with Pam or butter. Pour 1/2 cake batter in bundt pan & set aside. In small cup mix Turbinado sugar & cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of batter in bundt pan & add remaining cake batter. Bake 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until golden brown. If using small individual bundts bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy the smell of cinnamon while baking Drizzle cake with low-fat cream cheese frosting. Low-Fat Cream Cheese Frosting 1/4 cup light butter, softened 1/2 cup Splenda 8 oz pkg nonfat cream cheese, softened 1 tsp vanilla extract Beat softened butter & Splenda in medium bowl until incorporated.
