I know it was posted here and I'm sure I copied it, but I can't find it on

my harddrive and I searched the archives with no luck. :^(

Does ANYONE have a copy of the points friendly sock it to me cake recipe??

Found this one on another site, but OF COURSE, the points aren't

figured. (she said she'd post them, but didn't).If you do WW

online, you can put it through the recipe builder. I don't do

online, but maybe someone can help you if you don't either.

Good luck!

---------------------------------------------------------------------

-----------

I had this last weekend and it is fantastic. I haven't calculated

the points yet - but I'll post the totals when I do.

Sock It To Me Cake

1 Butter Golden Recipe Duncan Hines Cake Mix

3/4 cup Wesson oil

3/4 cup Splenda

4 eggs (beat in 1 @ a time)

8 oz light sour cream

1 cup chopped pecans

3 Tbsp Turbinado sugar

3 tsp Cinnamon

In large mixing bowl, mix cake mix/oil/Splenda until smooth. Add

eggs 1 @ a time/sour cream/chopped pecans. Spray bundt pan with Pam

or butter. Pour 1/2 cake batter in bundt pan & set aside. In small

cup mix Turbinado sugar & cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of batter in

bundt pan & add remaining cake batter. Bake 350 degrees for 50

minutes or until golden brown. If using small individual bundts bake

for 30 minutes. Enjoy the smell of cinnamon while baking Drizzle

cake with low-fat cream cheese frosting.

Low-Fat Cream Cheese Frosting

1/2 cup Splenda

8 oz pkg nonfat cream cheese, softened

1 tsp vanilla extract

Beat softened butter & Splenda in medium bowl until incorporated.

Add cream cheese mix until lump free. Scrape sides of bowl & add

vanilla extract. Mix well. Makes 1 cup.
