Breakfast

1 slice of bread 1

1 TBS better 'n' peanut butter 1

soy milk 3

Snack

1 cup of grapes 1

Lunch

Chicken 3

1/2 cup of cous cous 1.5

6 baby carrots 0

Snack

1 cup of grapes 1

Coffee with cream or soy milk 3

Dinner

Chicken 4

Asparagus 0

1/2 cup of cous cous 1.5

12 olives 2

Subtotal 22.0

Points target 24

After dinner snack

BNP(better 'n' peanut butter) 1

and 1 graham cracker 1

or a

skinny cow.

So, I definitely have all 5 FV

I will be drinking at least 64 ounces of water.

Does anyone hae any comments on my meal plan for tomorrow?

Which kind of olives are 12 for 2 points? I love olives, but

figured the portion size would be small for the points. That's what

I get for guessing, I should have looked it up.
