Guest guest Posted November 19, 2004 Report Share Posted November 19, 2004 Hi All -- I'm new here, and I'm sorry to start with a query instead of a nice introduction, but I thought I'd just plunge right in. As of one week ago, I weighed 220 (peeked at the scale before Monday's WI.) Today I weigh 223. I have been solidly OP the entire time, measuring, weighing, water, dairy, no cheating. I have not been great about exercise, but surely I ought not to be gaining 3 pounds on this program? Can water weight fluctuations do this? I'm relatively new to the program (6 weeks, weight of 220 meant I had lost 10 pounds) and so I'm not familiar yet with what my body -- or one's body -- can do. Yikes! I have been wearing the exact same thing to each weigh in so that I don't have to worry about the differences in clothes and shoes.
