Exercising and Having a cold

I have a yucky cold right now; although it's not as bad as it could

be, I'm still pretty achy and miserable. I need to work out today,

and I'm wondering what kind of effect it will have on my cold.

Anyone have their own experiences to share?

TIA!

wendy,

hi! sorry to hear you're not feeling too great. i've just gone thru a

similar thing and i can't stand just waiting to get better so i continued to go

to

curves everyday and walk my regular routine. i'm not sure what effect if

any it had on my illness, b/c it seemed to drag on forever, BUT, i felt

mentally better being active and i didn't get out of my routine for exercising.

i'm

a creature of habit and i find that when i don't do exercise for a day or 2,

it's that much easier to make other things a more important priority. i do

think drinking lots of water will make colds better, (not sure why i think

this) but when i exercise i drink tons of water. : ) sorry for the rambling

lol.
