Guest guest
I have a yucky cold right now; although it's not as bad as it could be, I'm still pretty achy and miserable. I need to work out today, and I'm wondering what kind of effect it will have on my cold. Anyone have their own experiences to share? TIA! 241/221/
Guest guest
wendy, hi! sorry to hear you're not feeling too great. i've just gone thru a similar thing and i can't stand just waiting to get better so i continued to go to curves everyday and walk my regular routine. i'm not sure what effect if any it had on my illness, b/c it seemed to drag on forever, BUT, i felt mentally better being active and i didn't get out of my routine for exercising. i'm a creature of habit and i find that when i don't do exercise for a day or 2, it's that much easier to make other things a more important priority. i do think drinking lots of water will make colds better, (not sure why i think this) but when i exercise i drink tons of water. : ) sorry for the rambling lol. heidi
