Guest guest Posted August 13, 2004 Report Share Posted August 13, 2004 Donna, In answer to you question. My grandaughter had a picc line when she was in the hospital. The arm it was in became very painful,red and inflamed around it. They tested for all kinds of infection. They finally found out that she had a yeast infection. They had to change out the picc line.
