Guest guest
Hello everyone. I came across a great website today and thought I would share it with all of you: CalorieKing.com The " food data " tab contains the nutritional information for many different types of foods, including restaurants. It's great. Today I ate something that I didn't have the points value for, but I wanted to go ahead and journal. Wallah! CalorieKing to the rescue. My apologies in advance if this info. has already been shared! Hope 240/174/170 or 165?
Guest guest
Hi Hope; Thanks for the neat website address. I have saved it to my favorites, and have printed out a recipe to use tomorrow. I have to calculate the points. So good to have the nutritional info. Guess what? I am so excited! I won the Gold medal for the Presidents Challenge this past weekend. I worked hard for, and won the Bronze in July, then, another increased activity level to win the Silver in September, and now this past weekend...I have won the Gold Medal. It has really helped me lose the weight. I just turned around Saturday, and signed up again to work for my 2nd Bronze medal. It really keeps me motivated to earn activity points, and it's fun, too.
