Assuming you've read the book, bear in mind that you do NOT have to use the meals and recipes listed in the book's meal plans. You can build your own meal plan by using the foods to enjoy/fods to avoid lists (updated versions of which are in the files area for this group, BTW). You may find that greatly simplifies things for you. > Is there anyway you can buy the prepackaged foods by SBD > and still do Phase I and Phase II? FWIW, there is a substantial divide on this matter. The SBD prepackaged foods are not compliant with the original guidelines of the SBD. They are, however, endorsed by the good Doctor...just like the multi-million dollar checks he endorses after these companies pay him for that endorsement. The SBD pre-packaged foods are, with few exceptions, restricted to P2/P3. Even Agatston has said these foods should not be a major part of your diet but rather an occasional fill-in when there's just no time, etc. Personally, I recommended avoiding them altogether; they're no different than any of the junk food on the shelves that got many of us here in the first place. I have only had a couple of them but the one I had was chicken wrap which had chiken, salsa, ww wrap and jello what is wrong with that??? I am not good with this at all obviously that is why I am here!! I would love to learn why these should not be eaten, so that I can avoid them if I fell neccesary.
