Dear Alice,

Thank you so much for all of the very useful information which you have

been posting.

I love seeds and nuts, and eat various fish very frequently. And I love

vegetables. Maybe this is why I have zero blockages of my blood vessels,

even though my cholesterol is high. I firmly believe that just because

something is in your blood, you may not be utilizing it, which can

sometimes work to the good.

Many of us have OK circulating oxygen, but cannot use it properly. Many

have OK levels of thyroid hormones, but have significant symptoms of

hypothyroidism.

Because mito is a metabolic disorder, I wish more docs would understand

its nuances.
