How long does it take before 500 mg x 3 Pancreatic Enzyme daily (taken with the biggest meals; Breakfast, lunch and dinner/supper) works???

Well it's day 2 on it now and all I feel TODAY (felt no changes yesterday) is pain in my stomach, and my bowels today are as soft and undigested as ever!What does this mean? I know nothing about these supplements. (PE + BEATINE)I consider starting BEATINE in a few days - BUT I am worried I have TOO MUCH stomach acid? It smells like acid when I go.

Stomach pain would be reason to lower the dose.

I hesitate to suggest....in case i'm wrong....but in

case i'm right...and you do have, and are accustomed

to taking HC, ..and usually take it...you might have

a decreased level of HC in the body ....and need to

increase it several times a day....a little more?

Called Hertoghes clinic today but they obly

have docs on tu, wed and thursday. Guess GP cant help

me with this.
