I was a WW lecturer in the 70's so I'm a lifetime member and not new to dieting. To make a very long story short my weight was up and down over the years and after reaching goal twice it was more up than down until I reached 260 lbs. I got my act together and lost 96 lbs. Around the holidays last year I started going back to old habits and after wearing size 12 jeans at Christmas I started gaining. Since then I've been up and down with the same 20 lbs. Saturday morning I started over. I got on the scale and I weighed 187. I have fooled arouund long enough. I am not going to lie to myself any more or " play around " with the program. I am determined to lose the remaining 57 lbs. My goal weight is 129 and I'm going to do it ! I started on the low range of points - 22 - and I've had 4 perfect days ! I'll be on this list every day to be accountable. I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you - well maybe not all. That's a lot of people LOL !
