Guest guest
I love pork tenderloin! I stick it in the crockpot and sprinkle 2 tablespoons caraway seeds crushed (sort of smash with the back of a spoon and release the flavor), 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1/4 tsp pepper. And then I add about 1/2 cup water and cook all day long. I serve with mashed taters, green beeans and a tossed salad. Guest guest
What is BOGO? I take fresh garlic and stick a knife into the meat and put slivers of garlic into the meat. I stud it with garlic all over. Then I either do a crock pot thing, or roast it in the oven. The garlic doesn't add points, but it sure adds flavor! It's delicious! Then I take a couple of apples and cut them up, add splenda, cinnamon, and a little salt and boil them until I have either sauce, or apple chunky stuff. I serve it with the homemade applesauce. Last weekend I let the apple sauce all day on low and used cinnamon flavored daVinci's syrup to flavor it. Another thing that's really good is to serve it with mango salsa. For leftovers I add BBQ sauce and measure out a specific amount and serve either on toast or a bun for BBQ pork sandwiches.
