Guest guest
Hi Rhonda, I can say my first week on WW I GAINED weight! But the 2nd week I lost 11 lbs. That was back in January. It is now 50 lbs later and I can tell you the weight loss comes in 0.5 - 2.0 lb increments. The more you lose the less you lose per week. If you are in it to win it then any weight loss is a WIN!!! Also, may I suggest measuring yourself? I re-measure myself every month. Last month I only lost 2.6 lbs the whole month but I lost 4 INCHES, so I felt great. Also, you can keep track of your sizes. I was a size 18/20 and now I am a size 10/12. Just keep repeating: I am in it to win it! Good luck, in Ohio Rhonda wrote: Hello all, Just need a tad of encouragement...just tell me it's going to be okay. Remind me! On my 1st weigh in I had lost 5.2 lbs. (and it was the week before I started my period). So today was my 2nd weigh in and I had only lost 1/2 a pound. I know I was on my period all week, but I had eaten more veggies and drank extra water in case of bloat. I still have not had any coffee or sodas in 2 weeks, I haven't eaten out, and only had pasta once this week. I stayed well within my points, and still did not lose as much weight as I had hoped. Hopefully it will be better next week? I know that it's better to lose slower than faster, but I need to see a bit more rewards of my efforts than 1/2 a pound.
