Guest guest
Hi everyone. I just rejoined Weight Watchers on 10/5. I had my first weigh-in on Tuesday and lost 5.8 my first week, which was very encouraging. I know I need to be prepared to have a smaller loss this week, but it was nice to get started with a bang. I'm doing the points plan, as I was successful with it about 2 years ago. Then I had a back injury that sidetracked me from exercise. It sure is easy to backslide into eating junk when you aren't exercising, isn't it? I was confident that I could lose the weight on my own, since I already knew the points system. But I had a lightswitch flip earlier this month and I am back and ready to go! I'm looking forward to having this extra resource here. I've been browsing through the posts and you all seem like a great bunch Amy
Guest guest
Dear Pierre, Thank you for your encouragement. Besides my Neph. I do not have any knowledgeable person to consult with here.Although I have my family, my mother worries too much and makes me more nervous and my husband feels that there really isn't anything to discuss until I have the biopsy. He is the type that thinks if you don't talk about it - it shouldn't bother you and maybe it will even go away. He's like that about most health problems. It is good to have other people , who understand, that I can share my feelings, thoughts and concerns. Thank you very much. Yours, Caryn Metal-Tech Ltd. P.O.
