Hi Evereyone; At my Weight Watchers class everyone's always bringing

new products in to a show and tell. Our Lecturer checks them out

before showing the class, and we all rush out and buy it, sometimes.

Especially if it sounds good. I have never really done this, but am

always interested in what others bring.

Well, today I was browsing at the Health Food Store, and found a

Lentil soup that is good. It's called Fat Free Lentil and Carrot

Soup by Health Valley. All I had to do to it(for me) was to add a

little Lemon Pepper, one of my favorite seasonings. I had it with a

baby Romaine lettuce salad with FF Italian dressing. OMG it was

good.I believe this is a core foods meal. 1 cup is 110 calories;

total fat 0; fiber 9g; protein 10g. Vitamin A 80%; Vit C4%; Calcium

6%; and Iron 30%. If I have calculated properly, it is only 1 point

for each 1 cup serving. This soup may also be available in the

health food sections of our regular grocery stores. I have not

looked. But this has got to be on Core. You got to try it. All the

best, Pat from K.C.

Wow! And remember, while fiber is nice for lowering point values, what

it does for your digestive system is even better! It is " nature's

toothbrush " (except we're brushing out the colon). High fiber diets

are linked to a reduction in colon cancers, and other digestive

complaints. So eat your fiber...it'll keep you regular!
