However, I am now doing Core and this is where I am staying (unless WW comes out with a better plan). I am rarely hungry. If I am I honestly think I am bored or aggitated. I find the plan really makes you think about " Am I truly hungry " ? On Flex I just ate because I had the Points. Then I would worry about not having a enough to get me through the day. It was awful. Yes, I did lose weight on Flex, but with Core I am more in tuned with what my body is saying. Which I think is a real eye opener for life. Same goes with portion control. People say " Oh I can't do Core, I don't have any portion control " . Well then how do you learn? Yes, I may have to measure certain things like oatmeal and margarine spread but other than that I don't measure. I have lost 5.2 pounds in two weeks. The other thing is I crave fruit and vegies now. Its the weirdest thing. On Flex, I was so wrapped up in the number of points I could have in a day. I didn't want to waste them on fruit and vegies. Right now I am sitting here looking at two pears on my desk to have for later. I am drooling thinking about it. They are so yummy. This works for my lifestyle and my family.
