I can't answer the AML question with any validity but would guess that it's probably Mito related. Alice I have a stone or a AML (angiomyolipoma)leison in my kidney. It hasn't caused-me any problems, they just do regular ultrasounds to watch it. Are things like this related to mito do you know?
