I bought a bunch of blueberries last week and MMMMMM!

Today I had 2 Special K Eggo Waffles (1 pt each) with 1 cup of blueberries,

heated in the microwave, then sprinkled with a packet of Splenda. It was

DELICIOUS!

I've also been eating them in yogurt with fiber one cereal, in oatmeal, on

fat fee ice cream, and all alone.

Blueberries don't just taste good, but as a " blue " fruit they contain

anti-oxidants that help fight aging, cancer, heart disease, and other things

that should be of concern to all women.

Wow, maybe even if they are expensive we should add them to our diet

regularly.

1 cup of blueberries is 1 point and is good and good for you!

Tory - my fruit " addiction " is strawberries, which also have tons of good

nutrients and which have LESS points even than blueberries! Thank God for

fruit!!!!

Bette (who has enough strawberries frozen now to last the winter!)
