Today I had 2 Special K Eggo Waffles (1 pt each) with 1 cup of blueberries, heated in the microwave, then sprinkled with a packet of Splenda. It was DELICIOUS! I've also been eating them in yogurt with fiber one cereal, in oatmeal, on fat fee ice cream, and all alone. Blueberries don't just taste good, but as a " blue " fruit they contain anti-oxidants that help fight aging, cancer, heart disease, and other things that should be of concern to all women.
