Guest guest
http://www.greek-recipe.com/static/calorie-counter/countingresults.php Shows that 100 grams of this is 100 calories. Doesn't show fat content, etc. But, whatever 100 grams is would be about 2 points, right? RE: food points question > > Maureen, > Thanks for trying! Guest guest
Hi Debra - thanks for finding that link to the Mizithra cheese! According to my points calculator, 100 grams is equivalent to 3.53 ounces. That's a lot of Mizithra cheese! It seems a little low in points, to me... That link says " no fat " next to the Mizithra, but I don't know if the cheese I have is zero fat or not. You wouldn't think it would be this hard to find calories and fat information on cheese, would you? Thanks for your help!! Bette
