Thank you so much for your support. I really have been working hard at

loosing. I know that my metabolism was SO SLOW... I could not even get a

mosquito to bite me. But since I have been serious about exercise, I get

bites! So I know that my metabolism is doing better. I guess the weight

gain wasn't overnight, but it was since Monday evening. I am going to try

to eat more of my activity points 5-6 a day.
