Guest guest Posted July 27, 2004 Report Share Posted July 27, 2004 Thank you to everyone for your feedback, so I had the chef weigh out 3, 2oz chicken breast, battered very lightly and then he baked them for me instead of frying. He measured ¼ cup of hot sauce and mixed the tenders in and then put the left over sauce in a small bowl, hey I am not giving away any of my sauce as I am spending all the points (lol). So with the modifications that he made I figured 2 points per oz so 6 for the chicken and 1 for the sauce. Topped it off with a can of diet rite. They were so good and hit the spot!
