Thanks Chantel. I think you're right. I finally do have the confidence needed

to do what I have to do. I hadn't ever thought that confidence was needed to

lose weight. But if I think about it, you're very right.

Re: starting over

Congratulations on taking back your eating habits. I think that you

won't lose weight until you're ready and confident you can do it.

With the confidence you have I'm sure you'll get right back to where

you were and better :)

> Hi everyone. For the last three weeks or so, I've been eating

pretty badly. I had stopped exercising, and just didn't feel like

paying as much attention to what I ate. Well, today I'm back on

track. During the last month, I've lost a lot of my flexibility, so

yoga should be interesting on Wednesday. I have problems with my

Achilles tendons being too short, and through stretching, I had

lengthened them to an almost normal size. Now they've shrunk back

down, and it hurts to jog again. I feel like I'm back to square

one. It took me months to get to where I was, and in one month, I

lost it all. I had lost ten pounds, now I've gained back six of

them. Well, Tuesday I start school, so I'll be carrying books and

walking around campus, so that'll help. I'm doing these exercises

that I got when I was in physical therapy last year. They helped me

a lot, so they should help again.

gaining flexibility and some strength, I can type them up and save

them.

support to get myself back on track.

,

the only advice I can give you is one day at a time. Also for me I

actually do one meal at a time. Writing in my journal really helps me and I have

been

doing good On Program. I lose very slowly and hurt my back a few months back

so today was my first day of exercise. I feel good and I'm sure you'll get

back on program and feel good also. Good Luck to You.

Hugs,

Marge
